• All participants and company representatives are required to register.
• Prices are subject to 20% VAT.
• Accommodation will be provided with check-in on October 30, 2025, and check-out on November 2, 2025. The check-in and check-out times will be subject to the hotel's rules.
• The accompanying person fee includes accommodation in a double room with check-in on October 30, 2025, and check-out on November 2, 2025, as well as social programs.
• The listed fees are valid for accommodation with check-in on October 30, 2025, and check-out on November 2, 2025. Different rates may apply for extra accommodations on other dates. For additional requests, please contact MOTTO.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
• All refunds will be valid if notified to Motto Turizm in writing.
• Registration and accommodation fees will be refunded if notified by September 30, 2025. Cancellations after this date will incur a 50% deduction.
• Refunds will be processed after the conference.
Bank & Payment Details
If the payment is made via bank transfer, the payment receipt must be sent to the email address gozde@motto.tc. Once your payment is matched with your registration, it will be confirmed, and you will be notified.
